Anders Einarsson, the current Group CEO, isn't leaving entirely. He'll be transitioning to the role of Group Executive Chairman of the Board, continuing to provide guidance and reporting directly to the Board. This strategic move highlights a smooth transition of power within the company.
Before his well-deserved promotion, Festus Tettey held the position of CEO of ECOWAS (excluding Nigeria). In this role, he oversaw operations in a vast array of countries, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Cote D’Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo. That's a huge responsibility!

He's held several key leadership positions, including Sales and Marketing Director of Promasidor Ghana, Commercial Director of Promasidor Nigeria, CEO of Promasidor Ghana for 6 years, and CEO of ECOWAS (excluding Nigeria) for a year. This extensive experience undoubtedly makes him well-prepared for his new role.
