The traditional Chinese cooking method of hot pot has really taken off in recent years, even inspiring multiple restaurants in the Seattle area.
In order to eat hot pot, guests must decide what broth base they’d like. This base is then added into a pot in the middle of a hot plate, simmering away. Guests then choose which ingredients they’d like to add and can dip the raw ingredients into the simmering pot. Once cooked, guests then dig back into the pot and start to enjoy the fresh and tasty meal.
